Angela Matei, an accomplished and dedicated massage therapist, has spent an astounding 25 years in the field of healing through touch. As the founder of a thriving multidisciplinary clinic, Alternative Link, she has positively impacted countless lives.
Born with an innate desire to help others, Angela discovered her passion for healing at a young age. Inspired by personal experiences and witnessing the profound impact of illness in her own family as a child, she became deeply inspired to pursue a career dedicated to healing others. She has embarked on a journey to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse at a very young age and massage therapist and osteopathic manual practitioner later. Through extensive education and training, she honed her skills and gained invaluable knowledge about the intricacies of the human body and its innate healing powers.
Driven by a vision to create a comprehensive healing environment, Angela Matei established Alternative Link in 1997. This multidisciplinary clinic aimed to bring together various healthcare disciplines under one roof, fostering a collaborative approach to holistic wellness. Recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, Angela curated a team of talented professionals, including other massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physiotherapists, and chiropodists, who shared their commitment to patient-centered care.
