  Dr. Arezou Roostapour, DC is a licensed chiropractor committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care. A CMCC graduate, she has experience treating patients of all ages, from older adults to high-performance athletes. 

 With a 15-year background as a varsity and competitive swimmer, Dr. Roostapour brings a strong understanding of athletic performance, injury prevention, and the physical demands athletes face. She has also provided sideline care for OPDL and League1 Ontario soccer teams. 

 Dr. Roostapour uses an integrated approach that includes chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, medical acupuncture, IASTM, and personalized rehabilitation exercises. She focuses on accurate diagnosis, functional movement, and individualized treatment plans to help patients move better and feel stronger.
